What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted on most merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED or WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Sale items, holiday wear, jewelry and Some other items are final sale, please view the individual product page for any return exceptions. These will be clearly marked and are not available for return or exchange.  Returns must be received to our office within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items received to our office that do not fall within our return policy will be sent back to you at your own cost.

All exchanges must be received to our office within 14 days of receiving your order. Please choose your shipping method accordingly. We will do our best to fulfill your exchange request. If your desired replacement item is no longer available we will help you find another item you like, or process a refund if the item falls within our return policy.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I return online purchases in-store?
    No, unfortunately our stores cannot accept online returns/exchanges at this point.
  • When will my credit card be refunded?
    Once splinteredheart.com has received your return shipment, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. You will be provided with email notification when your refund has been processed. Please know that it may take a few business days for your banking institution to post this refund to your bank statement.

Damaged or Defective Goods

At splinteredheart.com, we are committed to selling only first-quality, designer fashions and accessories. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email at admin@splinteredheart.com within 3 days of receiving the order to be eligible for an exchange. Once confirmation is received the item must be mailed back to Splintered Heart within 7 days with original tags/packaging for exchange only of the same item. If the item is no longer in stock you will have a credit for another item. We will not charge a shipping fee for the new item to be sent to you. If the new item is more money, you will have to pay the difference plus any additional taxes.
